Doing a setup on your banjo at home can be a daunting task. The key to successfully setting up your banjo is the right set of tools. Having the correct tools set out in front of you will lessen the stress and get you back up and picking your banjo quickly.
- Tuner
- String winder
- Philips head screwdriver (for resonator screws if needed)
- 1/2" open-ended wrench (for adjusting co-rod nuts)
- 3/8" open-ended wrench (for neck lag bolt)
- 9/32" T-wrench (head adjustment)
- Small 7/64" allen wrench (for the co-rod center holes, to hold rod in place during adjustment)
- Small 6" ruler (measuring action)
- 9/64" allen wrench (truss rod adjustment on G6S)
- Instrument Work Mat
- Neck Support
