Accessory Orders
If you recently placed an order online we aim to ship by the next business day. Occasionally, particularly during peak seasons or sales, it is possible that it may be slightly delayed.
Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) Friday & over a weekend will be shipped out the following week, subject to any major holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an update to the email that you used to place the order.
NOTE: The only exception is if you are outside the US and you chose consolidated shipping. These orders are consolidated and are shipped out twice a week.
Banjo Orders
Since most of our banjos are made to order, if you place an order for a banjo from deeringbanjos.com, you will be communicated on an estimated ship date for your banjo.
