Why is my discount code not working?

If you received an email for a promotional sale and you are having trouble with the discount, here are a couple of things to keep in mind. 

  1. Most sales are time-sensitive, meaning they will expire at a certain point. We will always document this when we communicate the sale itself.
    1. If you received the code via email, please refer back to the email for details. If you received the code.
    2. If you came through our site, please refer back to the page that you found it on for more details. 
  2. The second most common problem we see is the application of the discount, with multiple customers assuming that the discount will automatically apply. In some cases, this may be true, depending on the nature of the sale. However, the details (email or website) will instruct on whether you need to enter a code to apply the discount, or not. Just refer back to make sure.
